Small College Basketball



Roger has coached basketball at the high school, college, and professional level since 1988. He played basketball for Goldey-Beacom College (DE) from 1976-78 when the college was a member of the NJCAA.


After a 20 year absence Roger was hired to revive the program in 1998 as a member of the NAIA. The college now competes as a member of the NCAA Division II.


Roger was also the head coach of Wilmington University (DE), which is an NCAA Division II college that competes in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference; along with fellow member Goldey-Beacom College and other colleges in the Mid-Atlantic area. Roger also has over 30 years of sales experience, with the most recent being 14 years in pharmaceutical sales, where he has won numerous awards.


Roger graduated from Goldey-Beacom College (DE) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1981; and West Chester University (PA) with a Master of Science degree in Administration in 1995.

He currently resides in Middletown, Delaware with his wife Marla.
